Bookstore Vendor Form

We are currently selling table space for authors who wish to sell their books in the Libros of Enchantment Bookstore at the 2026 SouthWest Writers Book Fiesta. Space is limited and all tables will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis. If you fail to secure a table at this time, you may be placed on a waiting list and contacted if a table space opens up. 

Table Info

You will get one 6-foot table and chair, and may share your table with another author or authors. It is up to you to coordinate sharing with other authors. You are responsible for all of your own book sales. Do not use glitter or confetti for your decorations. Nothing can be hung on the walls or cause a tripping hazard. No tablecloths will be provided, so bring your own. SWW reserves the right to remove any decorations that do not comply with these rules or are deemed inappropriate for a general audience.
